In a resounding display of intellectual sharpness, vocabulary mastery, and poise under pressure, Guidance Standard School has once again distinguished itself as an academic powerhouse by emerging as the Overall Best School at the prestigious 2025 Spelling Bee competition organized by the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) in partnership with BoBo Food and Beverages.
Hosted within the auditorium of Northwest University, the championship was one of the most fiercely contested academic gatherings of the year, bringing together the brightest young minds from more than 360 competing private schools across the state. Round after round, our student delegates navigated complex etymologies, rapid orthographic challenges, and intense elimination stages, demonstrating composure and linguistic precision that left judges and spectators in awe.
This victory is neither an accident nor an isolated milestone. It reinforces Guidance Standard School’s established reputation as multi-year champions in both state and national spelling competitions. From our vibrant primary foundation classes to our advanced secondary sections, public speaking, debate, and language arts are deliberately embedded into daily learning to develop articulate, self-reliant thinkers.
